We will NEVER:
- Charge you for any of these services.
- Contact you claiming to get money back from scammers on your behalf.
- Delegate a representative or third party to act on our behalf.
- Contact you asking for any personal information if you did not get in touch with us in relation to one of our services.
- Contact you via WhatsApp, as this is not currently an official business platform.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR):
The SAFPS has a wonderful feature available to consumers who have Victim or Protective Registration listings and require a copy of their letter. If your email address is still the same as when the listing was created, here’s what you do:
- Call us on 011 867 2234
- Follow the voice prompts
- A copy of your letter will be emailed to you
No need to call in or send an email – and no need to wait. It’s quick and easy!
